Course Refund Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
While this refund policy is to allow users to feel comfortable with their purchase, we must also protect the course creators from fraud and abuse.
Refund requests will be denied in cases where over 30% of the course has already been accessed, consumed, or downloaded by a user prior to requesting a refund.
Note that purchases made to gain early access to any contents are non-refundable. All sales are final for Early Access purchases.
Refund requests sent after the 7 day return window will not be processed.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse or fraud, including but not limited to the following situations:
o Over 30% of the course has already been accessed, consumed, or downloaded by a user prior to requesting a refund.
o The purchase was made to receive early access to contents.
o Multiple refunds have been requested by a user for the same course. o Excessive refunds have been requested by a user.
o The user is in violation of the Terms of Use.
Upon refund request approval, users will be refunded the amount originally paid, subtracting payment processing and transaction fees (7% of total amount paid). Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Additionally, the user will be removed from the course and lose access to all course contents, including but not limited to video lessons, lecture notes, quizzes, code projects, demos, and Discord server access.

Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
